I was keen to make a significant impact in the education space and this inspired me to start EduConnect. The organization connects underprivileged students with educational scholarships and loans to help them achieve their academic goals. After curating the various scholarships and resources, I designed and developed a website that curated the information for people to access freely. Further, I contacted 50+ scholarship institutions. Six institutes allowed us to access their financial aid using which we helped connect 20+ underprivileged students to them. Recently, we launched a drive to collect and donate books to the unprivileged, acquiring 65+ books.

• Volunteered for an organization to promote digital literacy among underprivileged students.

• Participated in workshops and taught students how to carry out basic computer operations like Email and Google.

• Designed and coded a mobile application called “Learn India” to provide free education to underprivileged children of our society during lockdown when schools in rural India were closed. 

• Summarized content from all over the internet and provided learning content in three formats (e-books, videos, and audio files) for students of classes 6-8 in subjects such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Social Studies, Science, etc.

• Invited to a special coding event, Code For Impact with CRY (Child Rights And You), the event's mission is to take up the challenge of unlocking access to education for underprivileged children.
